Compensation: Gross 13 million CLP + commission

We have developed AI-driven technology to revolutionize how knowledge is indexed, identified, and sourced within the healthcare and life sciences sectors and beyond. Our mission is to disrupt the expert network industry using cutting-edge machine learning technology.


Role Overview:

If you’re successful in applying to us, you’ll be a part of our new and pioneering Network Development Team established in Santiago, Chile, delivering on work for our clients by connecting them with experts. This role will be commission driven.

Specific responsibilities:

  1. Accountability and Adaptability:
    • Actively follow Project Manager guidance, contributing advice and innovative solutions.
    • Own expert request projects, seeking alternative solutions to meet objectives.
    • Independently source experts without specific Project Manager instructions.
    • Adapt to evolving project challenges.
  2. Planning and Execution:
    • Conduct research on project topics to understand client needs for expert requests.
    • Create and adjust sourcing plans following the client requirements.
    • Use technology and methods to identify and engage global experts.
    • Manage expert relationships, communicate effectively, and schedule client interviews.
    • Create expert profiles.
  3. Communication and Collaboration:
    • Collaborate closely with UK and US Project Managers, promptly addressing client project requests.
    • Ensure open, transparent, and regular communication with project managers and experts to keep all parties informed about progress.
    • Offer insights and collaborate on sourcing strategies to improve team knowledge and project outcomes.

This implies feeling comfortable engaging with others and occasionally calling experts to schedule a call among other methods.

In such situations, it is crucial that you confront these problems head-on, demonstrating resilience and quick thinking to either find a solution or swiftly pivot to the next opportunity.
