Role Overview
This is a high-impact opportunity to join Techspert’s senior leadership team, as a Delivery Director, leading a distributed global delivery function across multiple time zones, ensuring consistent standards, performance and culture, reporting to the COO.
You will be accountable for driving high performance, embedding a high-accountability, data-driven culture while building a scalable global operating model to support Techspert’s next phase of growth.
Responsibilities
Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Own key performance indicators (KPIs) for delivery teams. Oversee performance management, including goal setting, development planning, ongoing feedback, and annual and mid-year performance review processes. Use data to drive decisions and collaborate with COO on translating company revenue targets into delivery-level performance plans and forecasting models
Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and optimise existing processes and workflows. Work closely with teams to streamline operations, remove bottlenecks, and introduce new technologies or processes that drive greater effectiveness, customer satisfaction, as well as identifying and closing project upsell opportunities
Innovation and Collaboration: Partner with team leaders across PM and ND to improve conversion rates through consultative delivery input. Drive collaboration with Customer Success to improve retention and expansion. Partner with Sales to ensure seamless handover from sales to delivery. Establish and drive feedback loops to inform product and commercial strategy
Leadership and Team Development: Build, lead, and implement a high-performance culture with clear accountability in customer- and expert-facing delivery teams across our offices in the UK, US, and Chile. Recruit and retain top talent, provide mentorship and career development guidance, and foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and accountability
Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant Healthcare-focused regulations, and industry standards. Collaborate closely with Legal and Compliance team to manage operational risks and maintain a strong control environment
Job requirements
Minimum Requirements
10+ years’ experience in a senior operations or customer delivery leadership roles
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth global environment with direct experience managing teams across regions
Strategic thinker, capable of driving organisational growth and delivering results aligned with business objectives
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated experience in leading operational success
Demonstrated track record of improving KPI
Fluency in English
Preferred Requirements
Experience in managing customer and/or expert-facing teams in the expert network or market intelligence industries
Deep healthcare sector knowledge with a desire to keep learning and innovating
Proven success in leading and scaling high-growth teams, preferably within a scale-up environment

Salary: Competitive base salary plus bonus plus share options (subject to board approval)
Flexible Work: We believe in flexibility, and so this role is designated as remote but with occasional days in office (London or Cambridge) with opportunity for travel to Santiago and Houston offices.
