Associate Project Manager

Salary is up to 2.1 million CLP per month (gross) plus generous and achievable commission

Role Overview

If you’re successful in your application, you’ll join our global Project Team, delivering work for our customers by connecting them with experts. You will receive full onboarding, participate in a comprehensive training program, and have ongoing support. We have a beautiful, lively office in Santiago and are looking for someone comfortable coming in three times a week.

Responsibilities

Project Management roles and responsibilities are split across Commercial, Operational, Team and Compliance skillsets, including;

1. Continually advises customers on how to create, adapt and improve projects to help achieve customers’ goals

2. Effective management of recruitment resources towards commercial opportunities

3. Collaborates effectively with other PMs: proactively shares updates to line manager for full overview on project/account health, and engages and inspires colleagues to deliver

4. Mastering the Techspert compliance framework by consistently and proactively flagging and resolving common compliance issues relating to both Experts and our Customers

Skills and experience

• The ability for creative problem-solving. We’re a quickly expanding company, and things move fast – we come up against new situations all the time, and we’d like you to be innovative and proactive in how you get us through them.

• Quick learner. A core part of the job is receiving, understanding, and delivering on our customers’ requests. These may be in highly specialised scientific fields and expressed in technical language – you need to be able to educate yourself to the degree our customers require.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Whether you’re speaking with experts, customers or collaborating within our team, this will be vital. Email, phone and video calls are all required to keep Techspert front of mind.

• Experience developing relationships with customers, or in a stakeholder or project delivery role (required; 3+ years strongly preferred)

• Bachelor’s or higher degree (Science/Medical/BioSciences -related strongly preferred)
