Role overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join Techspert as an Account Executive, supporting the growth and development of existing customer accounts.
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for increasing customer activity, generating project opportunities and building relationships across existing customer accounts. Working closely with Account Managers, you will help drive account engagement, identify commercial opportunities and contribute towards revenue growth across the customer base.
This role provides a strong foundation for developing commercial account management skills and progressing into a full Account Manager position.
Key responsibilities
Customer engagement & activity generation
Conduct proactive outreach across assigned customer accounts via phone, email and LinkedIn.
Increase customer activity and engagement across existing accounts.
Re-engage inactive users and dormant customer accounts.
Build relationships with new users and stakeholders within customer organisations.
Identify opportunities to increase account utilisation and project activity.
Maintain regular contact with customers to encourage ongoing engagement.
Customer project request management
Manage customer project requests and enquiries from assigned accounts.
Work cross functionally with Project Management team to prepare and coordinate responses to customer requests.
Ensure customer requests are progressed efficiently and within agreed timelines.
Manage communication throughout the customer request process.
Track project request activity and outcomes.
Account support
Support Account Managers in managing customer portfolios.
Assist with renewal preparation and commercial reviews.
Maintain accurate customer and stakeholder information.
Identify opportunities for account expansion and increased customer activity.
Support the delivery of account growth initiatives.
Commercial development
Develop an understanding of Techspert's commercial offering and customer use cases.
Build confidence in customer-facing commercial conversations.
Contribute towards team revenue objectives through increased customer activity and opportunity generation.
Develop the skills required to progress into an Account Manager role.

Professional English level C1 as the role is fully in English
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable engaging customers via phone, email and LinkedIn.
Commercially curious with a desire to develop account management skills.
Self-motivated, proactive and accountable.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience within customer-facing, sales, customer success or commercial roles is advantageous but not essential.
Monthly gross salary: CLP $2.030.000
Performance-based commission
Hybrid role, in office from Tuesday to Thursday, at the WeWork building in Las Condes
Work schedule: 9 am to 6 pm.
