Looking to join a tenacious and ambitious team with exciting growth plans? Following our recent investment round, we are on an exciting journey to rapidly disrupt the Expert Network industry.
In this role, you will work as a marketing generalist, taking ownership on new initiatives across a range of our marketing channels, focusing on content, taking ownership of new initiatives across a range of our marketing channels and helping drive our 2023 growth plans, whilst developing a broad marketing skillset.
This role would suit an early careers marketeer who wants to truly understand and solve our customers’ challenges.
The Marketing function at Techspert sits in parallel with the Customer Success team, giving you unfettered access to customer insights, ensuring all decisions are powered by first-hand knowledge of our customers.
Job requirements
- Orchestrating best-in-class initiatives across a range of marketing channels, including content, digital and email.
- Testing new and innovative ways of reaching and influencing our target audiences.
- Creating resources and marketing collateral to support the sales team.
- Monitoring competitor marketing activities and develop an understanding of emerging marketing practices.
- Analysing and evaluating marketing campaigns to improve future performance.
Requirements and skills
- You have prior marketing experience – whether you’re looking for your second marketing role, or have completed multiple marketing internships before (we’re open to different experience levels, provided you can learn fast).
- You have experience within content, digital marketing, events, or email marketing that you can draw upon.
- You are comfortable in a high-growth, proactive and fast-paced environment with plenty of autonomy.
- You are process-oriented, using data to inform your decision making.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You are outcomes and results-focused.
Beneficial but not essential
- Experience using InDesign or any of the Adobe Suite.
- Experience using HubSpot or any other content management system.
- Interest in, or understanding of, healthcare and life sciences.
